Utrecht VWO student (18) drops at 1/10th point, but tries to get a diploma through judge

Lazar (18) drops for his VWO exam when he does not get a 5.1 for Dutch, but a 5.0. He is fighting it on Leidsche Rijn College and is initially right. But then the Utrecht school comes back: there are more mistakes in his exam than previously indicated. Lazar does not pick it up and goes to court. Does he still receive his diploma?
