There were hundreds, even thousands of flies under baking paper. Jenny said that she was shocked and failed to buy the wine. The trade has not commented on the matter.
Iltalehti reader Jenny I photographed a stunning vision last week at the baking point of the Spar shop in Tokmanni, Ylöjärvi.
– I was shocked. I thought the wine was protected under baking paper to avoid flies, but there were hundreds, if not thousands of two floors there. Chocolate muffins also had flies, he says.
Based on the size and behavior of the flies, they are presumably banana flies.
At the time of the event there were no employees to tell what happened.
“There they stayed on the shelf, you can’t pay such a price when there were hundreds of flies,” says Jenny.
He has not been to that baking point after the event, so he can’t tell if there have been flies since last week.
Iltalehti aimed at Tokmanni Ylöjärvi on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday, the shop did not comment on the hurry, and on Thursday the reporter was directed to Tokmann’s communication that was not answered.
