PSG wins penalty thrillers against Tottenham

The game for the UEFA Super Cup became a real thriller. Tottenham looked like the safe winner for a long time, but still gave the title.
Paris Saint-Germain won the UEFA Super Cup. The Champions League winner prevailed on Wednesday evening in Udine, Italy with a comeback victory 6: 5 (0: 1, 2: 2) after penalty shooting against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Europa League title holder from London had caught the better start. In the 39th minute, the “Spurs” took the lead with a goal from ex-Wolfsburger Micky van de Ven. Previously, João Palhinha, who was awarded by FC Bayern, had only hit the crossbar. Shortly after the break, Christian Romero (48th minute) increased to 2-0.
But then PSG turned up: In the 85th minute, the Parisians achieved the connection through Lee Kang-in and in the fourth minute of stoppage time Gonçalo Ramos equalized.
