Crown van Gelder does not get access to all administration from before the restart

The curators of the bankrupt paper factory Crown van Gelder were ‘put under pressure in an unauthorized manner’ by the management of the restarting company. They will not be forced to pass on the entire administration of the bankrupt estate, the court in Haarlem has determined. The restarting company had threatened that no investments can be attracted without insight into the administration, and that this will stop paper production in Velsen after more than 120 years.
