The dead trousers have announced the support acts for their European tour 2025. The “Keep Calm and Carry on” tour begins on August 29 in Copenhagen and ends on September 14th in Brussels. In total, the tour comprises seven stations in European capitals.
In Copenhagen, The Dead End Kids will appear as support. The band describes its style as a glittering punk. In Stockholm, The Headlines accompany the Düsseldorf punk rock. In Warsaw, the local skate punk band CF98 is part of the game. For the appearance in London, the band TV Smith has invited with his bored teenagers, who has been connected to the dead trousers for a long time. In Paris, the band Guillotine will take over support. In Amsterdam and Brussels, the Grunge band Theredflags from Cologne is intended as a support act.

Return to the stage after a two -year break
After a two -year live break, the dead trousers start with this club tour into late summer. Concerts in Germany are not part of the current tour – but next year, possibly for the last time.
“There are enough two years of break! We will not be able to endure it longer in the rehearsal room!” It said in the tour announcement on Instagram in March. The band can be experienced live in several European cities from the end of August to mid -September.
No new music since 2017
Musically, there have been no new publications since the last studio album “Lunge der Natur”. In 2022 a compilation for the 40th anniversary of the band with the title “All out of love: 40 years the dead trousers”. In addition to the live activities, the band has also been politically involved, for example with a statement against right -wing extremism in the run -up to the federal election.
In 2020, Frontmann Campino also published his autobiographical book “Hope Street: How I once became English champion”. Currently, the dead trousers are also involved in a benefit sample, on which bands such as the doctors, dike child and the Donots are represented.

Outlook on the big tour 2026
Another big tour has already been announced for the summer of 2026: the “Drink out! We have to go!” Tour comprises 17 appointments and is presented as the possible last big appearance of the band. This leads the band through the German -speaking area with appearances in Zurich, Vienna, Hamburg, Munich and Düsseldorf. The dead pants emphasize in their statement that they see themselves on the home stretch of their career and the upcoming tour is of particular importance.
