CD&V wants to take care of young offenders in detention center if an institution has no place

CD&V wants to put an end to the situation where young people who committed heavy facts are sent home due to lack of space in the community institutions. Flemish MPs Toon Vandeurzen and Katrien Schryvers propose to make temporary use of the Flemish Detention Center so that judgments of juvenile judges can be executed.
