Marc-André Ter Stegen has spoken publicly again in a dispute with FC Barcelona in two weeks. The 33-year-old feels incorrectly presented, as he explained in a detailed Instagram statement.
Many things were said about him and “some of them completely baseless,” wrote Ter Stegen. However, he wanted to find a common solution, the goalkeeper understood. He continues to feel a deep affection for the club, city and fans.
Dispute with FC Barcelona the length of ter Stegen’s downtime
The zoff between Ter Stegen and Barça has recently escalated. He understands that “difficult situations can cause tensions,” said the national goalkeeper.
