The Disciplinary Court of First Instance in Ghent today/Friday makes a decision in the disciplinary cases against the Ghent Advocate General CB, the Bruges Department Procurer YS and his wife EW, judge in the Ypres department of the West Flemish court of first instance. The three would have been involved in fraud with the magistrate exam.
