The Dutchman, whose identity and age were not announced, started a difficult trip at a great height without the correct equipment.

The tourist from our country, together with some friends, decided to follow the so -called Palete walking route – which extends completely above 2 kilometers. The route is in the Brenta Dolomites. The path they had chosen connects the Grostè pass with the Peller-Berghut.

The route is only intended for very experienced hikers and climbers. That was certainly not the Dutchman. He was soon exhausted and could not continue. He was reporting literally and figuratively in the area because he had grossly underestimated the difficulty.

The rescue services had to be warned, after which they flew to the place with the helicopter, picked him up and then transported it to Tuenno. The exhausted walker remained unharmed.
