With Luis Díaz, FC Bayern has committed a prominent name. That could obviously be enough for the club.
FC Bayern apparently does not see any compelling need to further strengthen its squad for the coming season. The “Bild” newspaper reports. According to this, the club managers around the CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen, President and supervisory board headquarters Herbert Hainer, sports director Max Eberl and sports director Christoph Freund met for a transfer meeting last Wednesday.
According to the report, the strategy for the transfer window closing on September 1st is said to have been discussed. With the result that after the obligation of wing striker Luis Díaz from FC Liverpool, there is no acute need for further purchases. However, additional new obligations are possible if revenues are generated by sales beforehand.
According to the “Bild” Stuttgart striker Nick Woltemade, an exception to this decision, for whom there is its own budget. However, this transfer should also only be implemented if VfB Stuttgart approach FC Bayern in the demands. According to reports, the ideas of the Swabians and the ideas of the German record champions regarding a transfer fee are currently still far apart.
According to “Bild”, the decision on transfer policy also represents a trust in the sports director Eberl. Recently there were always rumors that Eberl was under pressure, especially after the chaotic search for coaching last summer and the failed transfer by Florian Wirtz, who switched to Liverpool FC.
