Maria, how were the beginnings in your profession?
My path in Coaching did not start with certainty, but with a concern: how to generate real listening spaces, ethical transformation and deep connection? It came from environments where language was used to convince, not to open possibilities. Ontological leadership training was like opening a door to more human, more ethical, more transformative conversations. A practice that does not seek truths, but the well -being of people. That initial curiosity became a vocation. I learned that accompanying is not to direct, but be present, recognize emotional patterns – in me and in the other – and enable conversations that nourish.
What are the services you provide to the public?
I accompany individual and group processes from an integral perspective. I provide personal coaching sessions, workshops on emotional leadership and training spaces for those who wish to achieve a better quality of life. Coaching enables paths to clarify purposes, recognize internal obstacles and design consistent actions with deep desire. It is not just about reaching goals, but about doing it from a renewed consciousness. Ontological coaching not only transforms conversations: transforms lives. Cultivates personal leadership, improves the quality of links and expands awareness about how we inhabit the world. Those who allow this process discover that it is not about changing the other, but about changing the way he listens, understands it, and accompanied. And in that change, everything begins to bloom.
What projects do you have ahead?
I project this practice towards business and organizational fields. I dream of creating spaces where coaching is not a technique, but a culture: a way of being with the other, of building more conscious and responsible links. As Rafael Echeverría says, “We are responsible for the being that we can become”and that commitment guides each conversation.
What are your differentials in the field?
What differentiates me is the seriousness with which I honor this profession. In continuous formation and aligned with the competences of the ICF, I accompany responsibly on the need of each client, from their current state towards their desired state, recognizing that each person has their own rhythm, their own narrative, their own interpretation of the world.
If you start again, what would you do differently?
If I started again, it would allow me to trust that curiosity is enough to start, that you do not need to have all the answers to be useful, that the road is built while it is.
Coaching is not knowing, but being.
