Medical test failed: HSV change burst

This year’s transfer summer has it all. This is because the clubs are allowed to sign players for the first time in two different periods. Due to the club World Cup, the first transfer window for the participating clubs was open from June 1st to June 10th. The regular transfer window is open from July 1st to September 1st.

The planned change of attacker Ransford Königsdörffer from Hamburger SV to the French association OGC Nizza has burst. The 23-year-old did not pass the medical test. The potential new club had “health concerns”, as the HSV wrote. Previously, problems with the investigations had reported on his website of RMC Sport and “Nice Matin”.
“We did not expect this development, especially due to the fact that Ransi only missed two games with muscular problems in his three-year contract term at HSV,” said HSV sports director Stefan Kuntz in a message. “We receive him with open arms and know what we have about him.”
The fast Königsdörffer had a large part in the rise of Hamburg with 14 goals last season. He came to HSV from Dynamo Dresden in 2022. His contract runs until 2026. The club could not agree on a new contract with the player.
Enzo Millot leaves DFB Cup winner VfB Stuttgart, but not as suspected to the Spanish Champions League participant Atlético Madrid. The only 23-year-old offensive midfielder, second with the French team second at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024, is faced with a change to the Saudi Pro League club al-Nahli.
Millot has a contract with VfB until 2028-with a fixed transfer fee of 20 million euros, which, however, does not apply to a move to Saudi Arabia. Trainer at the Al-Ahli club, who took fifth place in Pro League last season, has been the Swabian Matthias Jaissle, born in 2023.
