Before the FC Bayern test game against Olympique Lyon on Saturday afternoon (from 3:30 p.m. in the T-Online Livetecker), the German record champion announced bad news: The defensive midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović fails.
FC Bayern will have to do without the 21-year-old in the coming weeks, as he suffered a fracture of the eye socket in training on Friday. As the club continued, the Munich professional was already successfully operated on.
The midfielder had been slowed down by his health again and again last season. After a broken collarbone in the first half of the season, he was missing in the second half of the season for a long time due to Pfeiffer glandular fever.
Pavlović has been under contract with the professionals since 2023, and, like Thomas Müller, went through the club’s youth teams. So far, the international has completed 55 games for the German champion.
