The mood among consumers in the Netherlands has deteriorated further since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) the indicator used to measure confidence almost fell to its lowest level ever, the statistics agency announced on Tuesday. Confidence was lower only in February and March 2013.
