A good number of households in and around Eelde have to do without electricity this afternoon. There is a power outage in the area that covers 264 postcodes. The malfunction has already been partly resolved, but part of the households is still without electricity.
Less than 10,000 addresses have been affected, as can be read on the website of network manager Enexis. Something would have gone wrong with a cable. The precise cause of the power outage is still being investigated.
Enexis expects the malfunction to be resolved around 3.30 pm.
