Better food in Dutch hospitals: less custard and beautifully drawn up signs

‘Meaty’, ‘tasteless’ and ‘dirty’. Hospital sets does not have the best image. Yet that image is greatly outdated: hospitals are increasingly doing their best to seduce patients with good food. In the Arnhem Hospital Rijnstate they get menus with as many vegetable and protein -rich meals as possible. “And we are now even testing the garnishing plates.”
