Darts world champion Luke Littler has conquered the title at the World Matchplay and thus won the three most important trophies in his sport at the age of 18.
The Englishman clearly defeated compatriot James Wade in the Blackpool final with 18:13 and thus secured the title in the second attempt at the tournament endowed with a total of £ 800,000 (around 910,000 euros).
After the success in the final, in which he effortlessly turned a 0: 5 deficit, Littler is also getting closer to the world ranking list of Luke Humphries (also England). “The Nuke” (the atomic bomb), as Littler is called, gets a winning check of £ 200,000.

The so-called “triple crown” with titles at the World Cup, the Premier League and the World Matchplay has realized Littler as one of just five professionals.
