Together with a Montenegrijn, from the town of Mojkovci, the Dutchman was convicted by the judge of Budva. He was sentenced to ten days in prison, his companion has to stay twice the number of days behind bars.
The Dutchman was not released prematurely during the process, because the fear consisted that he would squeak out and return quickly to the Netherlands. That is why he was referred to Uiks Spuž, the prison in the region, a judgment to court.
AA was convicted of insulting an agent. “On Friday evening, there were police officers who exercised their authority at two locations in Budva,” said Marko đukanović, chairman of the court. “An agent had gone to a building after a citizen had reported him that public order and peace was disturbed,” can be read in Montenegrin media. “That happened after this citizen had received a series of insults and threats.”
Dutchman Aa (was found guilty of the offense, committed around 22.40. “Because of the concern that his sentence would not be performed if he would remain free, he was sent to the Uiks Spuž prison before the decision became final,” said đukanović the decision that he remained stuck.
His companion, To (37) from Mojkovci, was also found guilty by the Budva court, and sentenced to 20 days in prison.
