Political parties want the government to increase the pressure on Israel, now that the situation in Gaza is further deteriorating. Minister of Foreign Affairs Caspar Veldkamp (NSC) must now list at the request of the Chamber whether Israel will let enough help through and what sanctions will follow if it is not. Government partner NSC also suggests additional punitive measures.
