“I knew that if I wanted to sustain real growth in this challenge, I had to surround me from people who shared the same values and desire to overcome,” says D’Onofrio with conviction. “It’s not just about selling properties. The decision to form its own Team within Re/Max was no accident. “I thought it a lot. I knew that putting together a team demanded responsibility and leadership, but I also knew that the synergy of a good group multiplies the possibilities. I did not make mistakes.”

A path to all
Beyond the achievements, Maximilian insists that anyone can enter the real estate world, even without prior experience. “You don’t have to have technical knowledge or come from the field. What is needed is attitude, perseverance and desire to learn,” he explains.
However, it clarifies that the beginning can be more challenging if it is faced lonely. “When you start alone, you have to solve everything: from how to capture a property to how to negotiate with a client. Instead, when you join a Team, you have a support network that accompanies you in each step.”

For Maximiliano, his role does not end up leading a team: he also seeks to inspire others to be encouraged. “This is a item that gives many satisfactions, but you have to be willing to leave the comfort zone. I invite all those who have that internal fire to approach, ask, join. There is a place to grow, and do it as a team is the best way.”
