The PSV Eindhoven tried to Ko ItaKura last summer. The interest has apparently not been torn down since then. As “Sky” reports, the Dutch champion Borussia Mönchengladbach already made a second offer for the central defender. The Bundesliga team rejected a first over 8.5 million euros. The “picture” even reported only 6 million euros.

A year ago, PSV is said to have offered significantly more for the Japanese. At that time there was talk of a basic revenue of 15 million euros. Now the Gladbachers are under pressure because the 28-year-old’s contract expires in one year and revenues are urgently needed to be able to work on the transfer market. Gladbach already released Alassane Pléa to PSV in this transfer window for 4.5 million euros. The Dutch also strengthened from the Bundesliga with Freiburg’s Kiliann Sildillia and Leverkusens Matej Kovar. Should both clubs not be able to agree at ItaKura, which had come from Manchester City in 2022 for 5 million euros, Ajax Amsterdam could step on the scene. The Dutch record champion is said to watch the poker closely.
Virkus after video incident: Rate Neuhaus purely sporty
It is also questionable whether Florian Neuhaus will run for Gladbach in the coming season. Virkus does not categorically exclude a return of the 28-year-old, currently suspended in the professional squad: “Flo is a player who has a high potential. And we measure him, like everyone else, we see it purely athletically. And when he gives the potential, what he can do, then Flo Neuhaus is a very, very good player.”
Gladbach had punished the midfielder on July 2 for a video circulating on social networks with explosive statements with a six-digit fine and a four-week transfer to the U23 team. “Flo did not behave well and we regulated it for that. And after four weeks we will re -rate the situation,” said Virkus. The ten -time national player’s contract with the Borussians runs until June 30, 2027.
In a section of the approximately ten-hour video, which is said to have been created on the Balearic Island of Mallorca, a disproportionate statement about the Borussia sports manager Virkus was heard before Neuhaus came into the picture and therefore revealed his own content of 4 million euros. Like ItaKura, which is supposed to preserve just as much, it is one of the major earners in the club. Only Julian Weigl is intended to collect even more with around 4.5 million euros per year.
