The organization remains true to its roots: a free festival with space for Belgian talent, from established names to emerging artists. In good weather, the festival attracts between 5,000 and 6,000 spectators every day. Striking: Kneistival remains free, despite the rising costs for artists, stages and security. In contrast to other festivals, where the pressure on the budget can be felt, Knokke-Heist holds on to his free character.
On July 21, the national holiday, there will exceptionally an extra festival day. A festive end to a special edition, with a poster full of Belpop icons.
