Hard slap against pole and somersault: images show heavy crash of Mattias Skjelmose in Tour de France

Mattias Skjelmose had to leave the Tour de France on Saturday. The Dane of Lidl-Trek fell heavily in the opening kilometers of the ride after he was popped on a pole. New images, shown in the video below, show the enormous smack of Skjelmose, which fortunately did not have any fractures.
