OM sees additional evidence in Koran verses: ‘Jama A. Responsible for death disabled Dimitri (26)’
The Public Prosecution Service states that Jama A. (37) is nevertheless responsible for the violent death of the disabled Dimitri (26) from Hoorn. The supplementary evidence says to have found in Koran verses. The court released him in 2022 due to insufficient evidence. But on appeal, the Advocate General is demanding a 15-year prison sentence this week for killing Dimitri with bright violence.
