For the ninth time since 2023, the Reykjanesskagi area, in the southwest of Iceland, found itself submerged by the lava. The inhabitants of Grindavik were evacuated after 130 seismic shocks were recorded. Icelandic media confirmed that there were no consequences on air traffic.
