THEn A huge hangar near Rome Fiumicino airport, piles of letters from faithful from all over the world are sorted, addressed to Pope Leo XIV.
“We receive hundreds of letters per day addressed to the Pope, with peaks of 100 kg per day, so we are talking about an average of 500-550 kg per week”, says Antonello Chidichimo, head of the center of Fiumicino of Poste Italiane.
