Nicole (80) is fined because she refuses to pay ticket for her Chihuahua on train: “File is already at bailiff”

An 80-year-old woman ended up in an ascending conflict with the NMBS. She was fined during a check on the train because she had not bought a ticket for her Chihuahua. Because she refuses to pay the fine, the amount has since risen to 250 euros. The file is now with a bailiff.
