Consumers’ Association warns of the new rate KLM: ‘Ordinary earnings model’

The Consumers’ Association warns against the renewed Hand Layer Policy of KLM. The Dutch airline conducted a test on 1 July with a new ticket where you cannot take hand luggage with you. According to the Consumers’ Association, this policy is confusing and contrary to a decision of the European Court.
