But for organizer Tim Beuckels, the performance of the British artist, performer, poet and author Kae Tempest was the highlight of the festival. “It was a very nice, intense show, but strong show. Also Slowdive, also on Saturday, I found fantastic, loud, overwhelming. I was happy that I could see the whole show, because that doesn’t always work.” For Beuckels it is his first edition as an organizer of the Bruges Festival.
