Jandino Asporaat has been able to fill cinema rooms for years, but not exactly with quality. His films attract a certain kind of audience and you notice that, according to De Telegraaf, in the atmosphere in the room.
What Jandino Asporaat all gets off the ground is clever in itself, but according to critics it is rarely good. His chicken restaurant in Rotterdam scores one 3.9 on Googlehis TV career failed and his cinema films are slaughtered time and time again by reviewers. Yet he attracts an audience. Only, De Telegraaf writes, not the kind that makes you happy.
Jandino nuisance
Film journalist Rick de Graaff registers De Telegraaf That the public of Jandino is rather loud and disturbing. A bit of what his haters also think of Jandino.
The journalist explains the comedian: “There are regular sounds that there is a lot of nuisance during your films in the cinema. That cinema staff says they hold their hearts when a new Bon Bini film comes out. Are you aware of that?”
“I didn’t know!”
Jandino is shocked by that question. “No, not at all. I never really experience nuisance myself,” he says. Then distracting: “I recently saw with that movie Wicked that people stand up, sing along and throw popcorn and so on.”
It’s just enthusiasm, he thinks. “I think there are some films in which people recognize themselves in the characters, whether they are white or black, that doesn’t matter. That they will talk to and stuff.”
“App that number!”
Not so serious, says Jandino. “I also see that with my fans in the theater, then they will participate and think they are part of it. I think the youth do that more. I am now 44 and just want to watch a movie in the cinema normally.”
If his fans nevertheless behave disturbing, he calls on to inform cinema staff by SMS. “Nuisance can sometimes happen, but then app you to that number or you say something about it. I think my films are experienced as pleasant in width.”
