Small plane with destination Dutch Lelystad crashes at London airport: “Pilots waved before departure”

A small plane crashed and immediately exploded at London Southend airport this afternoon, after which a large fireball could be seen. Lelystad Airport Airport confirms that the plane crashed in England had the destination Lelystad. Nothing is known about victims. It is not clear how many people were in the device.
