Once again the last corner smiles at David Munoz. The Spanish pilot of the Intact GP team wins the German Grand Prix with an overtaking in the final reminiscent of the winning maneuver performed in Aragon. It is his second seasonal victory in Moto3. Maximo Quiles (Aspar Team) also shines that you take the square of honor after moving José Antonio Rueda, third. This time the Spaniard of the Red Bull Ajo Ktm team comes out defeated by the hand -to -hand, but consoles himself with the world champion leadership. Good seventh place for Guido Pini, the best of the Italians.

Tightened challenge

Mainly dry track. The sun shines, but there is also a strong wind. There are 23 laps to face. At the start, Pini loses ground, which slips from the third to seventh place. Good starting point for the poleman Ogden, then passed by Munoz at the end of the first step. The Spaniard immediately tries to give the race a sustained rhythm. The attempt to escape fails in the face of Quiles’s comeback, which reaches and overcomes the compatriot. So the group reappeared: between the leader and the fifteenth square there is a detachment of less than two seconds. There is no shortage of overtaking, contacts and falls, such as the accident that Estructure Fernandez from the race. The Leopard team completes the negative day with the retirement of Almansa after half the race.

At the last breath

The laps pass, but nobody takes off. First Quilles and then Yamanaka lead the group, while Rueda, Munoz and Furusato alternate behind the leader, ready to launch the decisive assault in the last passages. The turning point arrives in the final. Four returns from the term is wrong Yamanaka, author of an excursion to the gravel. Rueda awaits two more laps and then, going to the command, try to escape. It seems the decisive action. And instead there is a shadow behind him: Munoz, the only one to resist him. David attacks him at the beginning of the final passage, collects the overtaking of the rival and then places the winning assault on the last detached. The duel approaches Quiles, who tears the second position in Rueda, doubly mocked. Good fifth place for Alvaro Carpe, author of a large comeback after a long lap penalty. In addition to pine trees, Dennis Foggia also go to the eleventh, Stefano Nepa (13th) and Riccardo Rossi (14th).
