The SBS 6 contract from Dyantha Brooks has been extended with a lot of bombing: everyone had to know through a press release, and that means that the channel top has a lot of faith in her. The Shownieuws presenter made her debut yesterday with her first show at Prime Time: the followers, in which BN’ers compete against each other by using their Insta followers.
Oh oops, oh
Tina Nijkamp, the former channel boss of SBS 6, has looked and is in shock. “The followers. Oops. Oops. Oops. It is no better than the very bad promo that we have seen on SBS 6 for weeks,” she writes on her analysis canal.
What does it make? “It is childish, has no goal at all, and is more a youth program for Zapp. Ron Boszhard/Klaas van Kruistum-like. The followers also have a minimal role. And what can you win as the winner or something ??? something for the followers ???
Awkward
How Dyantha does the announcement does not look like, says Tina. “That microphone that came from the sky falls à la a boxing match or battles from The Voice is also awkward.”
Then Tina draws a destructive comparison. “I think Dyantha is talented, but does not seem to be advisable for her first Saturday evening show. Why to say yes to this?
