An outright drama for reality star Maxime Meiland: she is once again lowering the price of her disaster villa in the hope of getting some of her stake back. “Another tons down.”
Maxime Meiland is a side figure in a chewed reality series on television and that is of course not a future -proof career. If her parents don’t feel like it anymore, then we may see her promoting meal boxes from HelloFresh for two years and then it will stop. The expensive villa that she bought is a block on her leg.
Draft
That Noordwijk Villa is becoming a stress thing with monthly costs of 14 thousand euros. She had a mortgage established on it of 2.2 million euros and put it for sale again just after purchase for that amount. And now we are – not shocked – almost two (!) Years later. That thing has been on Funda for two years and nobody wants it.
For a moment Maxime thought he would laugh in her fist after an American couple had bought her home unseen. So they knew nothing about that busy road that lies next to her villa and the fact that the energy label was mainly fluffed by placing some solar panels on the roof. Furthermore, it is probably still a draft loft. Unfortunately: they dropped out.
Tons
Anyway: Maxime has now had her disaster villa relocated out of despair on Funda and makes her house on offer even a ton less on offer. In the meantime, a willing buyer can go in for it 1.9 million eurosbut who is bite now, knowing that the asking price ends up in a free fall every quarter?
One thing is certain and that is that Maxime goes into the ship for tons anyway. She is already three tons under the original asking price and that is of course crying with the cap. For now she has to keep screaming on SBS 6, hoping for stable viewing figures and a transmitter top that continues to press on the order button …
