Sebb was on vacation with his family in the neighborhood, and was training for a trail run. In Austria there are a lot of those competitions. Wednesday he went for a walk with a family member in the mountains around Saalbach-Hinterglemm, near Salzburg. Around half past one in the afternoon they separated and Sebbe walked on alone. He wanted to walk the geißstein mountain and then descend to Lengau. At 5 pm he still had contact with his family, with 13 kilometers to go. But when they could no longer reach him at 8 pm, they alerted the emergency services.
