Odile Frauenfelder: “The current labor market requires a broader view of the use of people who want to work in care and welfare. In addition to nurses, carers and nursing specialists, there are fortunately more and more people who want to work in this important sector. It is therefore nice to see that functions such as helpers, supporting functions and also informal care are being used for good coordination.
