Tim Beuckels, director Cactus Music Center: “There is a healthy stress. You feel that the tension has risen in the last two weeks throughout the team.”
Bruggeling Tim Beuckels decided last year to say goodbye to the record label that he founded in 2011 for a job as director of Cactus Muziekcentrum. As a teenager, he was a volunteer at Cactus and later sitting on the board of directors. Beuckels knows the house and the people, and now works there for eight months. “It’s intense. It’s a lot. It’s the first year, it’s a lot of learning. But I have a fantastic team that is learning everything. I am looking for my way but it is a very nice job, very varied and I am happy with my choice.”
