FC Bayern has apparently entered the transfer poker around Leipzig star Xavi Simons. The portal “The Athletic” reports.

For FC Bayern, however, the 22-year-old could become a kind of universal solution after developments in the past few weeks. Simons can play both at the offensive central and theoretically take the place of the seriously injured Jamal Musiala. At the same time, the Dutch also feels comfortable on the wing. Due to the departure of Leroy Sané and the upcoming sale of Kingsley Coman, the Munich people also needed here.
According to “The Athletic”, Simons has already told the person responsible for Leipzig that he would be happy to go this summer and would like to seek a different challenge.
For FC Bayern, the Bundesliga competitor could become an insurmountable hurdle. According to reports, RB Leipzig demands at least 70 million euros for Simons.
