The city of Trondheim has not paid millions of invoices without mutual. Now the World Cup organization is on the verge of bankruptcy.

The city of Trondheim and this year’s World Skiing World Cup organization have a fat millionaire, writes Norwegian magazine vg. The organization organization is threatened by bankruptcy.
According to the magazine, the city is in its snakes, as the cost of the World Cup increased significantly just before and immediately after the race began. Money is said to have gone to audits, media centers and light boards.
The city believes that the organizers will acquire temporary structures from abroad too close to the start of the World Cup, which resulted in increased costs.
The city of Trondheim had paid SEK 50 million, or EUR 4.2 million before the start of the Games. The World Cup organization announced that it would need EUR 1.7 and then EUR 1.2 million more. The city would have wanted to hear in advance of additional orders, while the organizers believed Trondheim would pay for the violins.
In addition to the aforementioned costs, the city is one of the creditors of the World Cup organization. It applies for nearly € 980,000 from the organizer.
Bankruptcy?
It was believed that the dispute would even proceed to court in Norway. However, VG writes that the reconciliation is close.
The parties are applying for a compromise that will be transferred to the City of Trondheim for a decision next week.
According to VG, the city of Trondheim is paying a million-class crown sum, but less than 10 million Norway, the city of Trondheim. In euros, the “price ceiling” would thus be EUR 844,600.

Nearly a hundred creditors have submitted claims to the World Cup organization. The organization estimates that there is a payment of approximately EUR 7.3 million.
The Trondheim World Championship organization is owned by the Norwegian Ski Association (60 %), the Sør-Trøndelag Ski Association (30 %) and the City of Trondheim (10 %). The Norwegian Ski Association, which has drifted into the economic discipline, has already announced that it will reduce staff and eliminate costs.
