In Flanders, Verhulst has been successful with his personality show for several years Gert’s table. The idea was to put this format on the tube in the Netherlands at SBS6, but after a test episode it became very quiet.
Unsuccessful
At the table at Renze Is Gert Open about the chances that his talk show is still getting off the ground: “Nothing ended up at all. I got a little older and got a little more to years of mind. I don’t know if I am still looking forward to it. And there were a few other reasons.”
Asked for those other reasons, he states that it has nothing to do with money: “I actually don’t do anything for the money anymore. I like to work, otherwise you are just waiting for you to fall. It is not completely closed, but there is nothing concrete for the time being.”
