More than sixty works by twenty international artists can be seen in Meppel from tomorrow. There, King Jetta Klijnsma’s commissioner opened the ‘Kwintus.art collection’ today.
Kwintus.art is an initiative of five friendly Drenthe art collectors. For this exhibition they selected works from ‘creative breeding grounds’ such as Leipzig, Berlin, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The pop-up exhibition can be visited free of charge in the Grote or Mariakerk in Meppel.
For the occasion, the five also had a gift for our province in store. Together they bought the artwork below for Drenthe that goes to the Drents Museum.
