World champion Max Verstappen has secured the pole position for the Formula 1 race in Great Britain. The Red Bull driver prevailed in Silverstone at the last second in front of World Cup leaders Oscar Piatri in the McLaren. It was the third pole position for the Dutch this season-and the 44th his career.
