Israël weighs and weighs Hamas reaction to proposed Gaza file
Israel has not yet taken a position on the positive reaction of the Palestinian Hamas movement on a plan for a truce in the Gaza Strip. No decision has been made yet, according to an Israeli official.
Hamas says it is ready to start “immediately” negotiations about the youngest proposal for a ceasefire with Israel. The plan was drawn up by mediators from Qatar and Egypt and is supported by the United States.
According to the Arab news channel Al Jazeera, it is a 60 -day file, with the guarantee of US President Donald Trump that Israel is adhering to that. There are, among other things, the exchange of Israeli and Palestinian prisoners and allowing humanitarian aid through the United Nations and the Red Cross. From the first day of the file, Israel and Hamas should also negotiate a permanent ceasefire, according to Al Jazeera.
