Wellbeing coach Rita Niemi-Manninen celebrates her birthday today. He turns 46.
Niemi-Manninen has shared a publication on his Instagram account posing in a good mood. In connection with his pictures, Niemi-Manninen has shared his thoughts on his birthday.

– Hair in the wind, feet firmly on the deck and heart open to life. Again, the wiser of the year and damn it takes good. All you need is this moment, peace and dear ones nearby, Niemi-Manninen begins her post.
In the publication, Niemi-Manninen returns 30 years ago, when the situation was completely different.
– 30 years ago I had given up my whole life. The first high school was missed and the salmon bottles were emptied in a week. On the arm, the scars of the incision, the innermost, and the future one big black question mark, Niemi-Manninen recalls.
“Who would have thought I was here today and genuinely happy and grateful,” he continues.
Niemi-Manninen states that there have been guardian angels and “good guys” in his life. Niemi-Manninen says he will never forget what comes from and how difficult he has ever had. Then, according to Niemi-Manninen, it was important that someone has believed in him.
“That’s why I’m sensitive to all disgusting, criticizing others and injustice, and a while ago I decided to turn my shit to the resource and help others,” Niemi-Manninen describes.
At the end of his publication, Niemi-Manninen thanks his followers.

In June Niemi-Manninen told Iltalehti that his Irma-Mother, 72, has a nasty turn in your health.
Inside the mother’s cheek, a lump of about three centimeters was found that leaked. The abscess continued to grow.
– It already came out a little out of that side of the cheek. We just saw Donna’s birthday, so yes it [paise] It looked pretty bad, Niemi-Manninen said.
In May, Niemi-Manninen’s mother was diagnosed with oral cancer that had spread to the lymph nodes of the neck. At the beginning of June, it became clear that the cancer was bad.
The mother had to surgery in late June.
– At least we have become aware that the surgery went well and that the cancer has been cut off. He was made a skin graft on his hand and apparently some surface on his thigh, Niemi-Manninen said.
