He lacked superlatives to describe his new girlfriend: André Hazes jr. Last week in Shownieuws turned out to be in love with Noa Braaf. “It is a very normal relationship. She has had a very good upbringing from her parents and it is very nice to be with d’r,” he said, among other things. “I wouldn’t want anything else.”
“Too personal!”
André’s frankness was striking because he had indicated shortly before not wanting to talk about his new girlfriend in the media. Now, just after the performance of Shownieuws, he returns to that policy. As a journalist of magazine Weekend Asks him about his happiness, André closes the door.
André in the magazine: “It’s getting too personal now, darling. Do you know why I no longer want to talk about my love life? I don’t think it’s necessary. I did last, because I am not going to make it a secret, that only makes it very spastic. But I am learning to keep something more for myself.”
No secret
From now on it must all remain private, says André. “Just as I will not post photos with Noa on social media, that is something I want to keep for myself. Again, it is no secret and I am in love. But I don’t have to go into details.”
So that Noa does not end up on André’s Insta. “Why should I? Do you understand? I had a phase in my life that I really wanted to show that it was all fun and that it was going well. While it was not fun and did not go well. I just notice that it gives a certain peace if I keep things for myself.”
Son
André with other loves such as Bridget Maasland and Sarah van Soelen went completely loose on the socials, but that was a different time, he explains. “I have a son who is on social media and also reads everything. I will only tell things when I first discussed it with my son.”
“I’m not going to share things with the world if I didn’t do that with my son first. I think that’s a bit crazy. And I think that’s a very good choice for him.”
