While the world is looking at Iran, Putin changes his war goals: “The whole of Ukraine belongs to us”

Now that the world is aiming at Iran, Russian President Vladimir Putin has performed the war in Ukraine. Russia achieves terrain gain at the front and may have taken the entire Loehansk region. It is striking that Russian troops now also advance in areas such as Soemy, Chapiv and even for the first time in the Dnipropetrovsk region. So Putin seems to expand his goals: according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) he would now want to take all Ukraine and not only the four regions that Russia annexed in 2022.
