Actor and director Janne Virtanen will start in the fall of the Laajasalo College.

The college in Helsinki is familiar to Virtanen. He has been teaching actress art in Laajasalo for four years.

The post will be released when a long -time principal of the college Juha Matti Holopainen I will retire. Virtanen hopes to be able to fill the boots of Holopainen, who made a solid career.

According to Virtanen, everything will be more detailed in the future, but he is looking forward to a new job.

An actor who previously acted as a teacher says that moving to administrative post requires a new position. Virtanen has a wish for work.

– I hope I can continue some of the teaching work on the movie line.

He says the line of teaching is close to him.

Virtanen is not able to name any certain reasons for the new tasks. He feels that it is good for a person to sometimes change jobs or work.

Virtanen graduated in the spring as a teacher, and studying at the University of Applied Sciences did not come for free. He says he is a time -oriented person, and admits that his output often goes to Hilku. However, Virtanen does not consider it just a bad thing.

“It’s such a moving and supportive force,” says the future principal.

However, he feels that equalizing energies could become necessary during the autumn.

In addition to getting to know the upcoming post, Virtanen says she spends the summer on vacation. He has not made any plans for cottage.

Does not understand the cuts

The government’s cultural and education cuts have caused a bunch. Virtanen does not feel that the cuts are visible in his daily life, but he still feels extremely nasty. He says the cuts are especially visible in the AV industry.

He does not understand why the cuts are directly targeted at art and culture.

“It’s not an indifferent field in any way, even if someone would like to see it so,” says Virtanen.

Virtanen calls for work to seek security, and says he is happy to be able to do such a meaningful job when there is not as much actor and instructor work.
