Fifty employees in letter to BNNVARA: why again a white man as a presenter?

Within Omroep BNNVARA, annoyance has arisen about the choice for Tim de Wit as a regular talk show host in the new evening program Pauw & De Wit. Fifty employees sent a joint letter to the management asking why a white, male presenter has been chosen, while the broadcaster says it stands for diversity and representation.
