The inland is also very hot on Wednesday. Cooling follows from the West and later it comes to showers. After that, a lot less is warm with a lot of sun, the chance of changeable weather increases during the weekend.

In the southwest, the temperature was not below 20 degrees last night. The morning starts sun -drenched in many places. Only in the western coastal areas are there cloud fields. “The weak wind turns to the southeast and leads very warm air,” Weeronline sees. “In the south, the tropical limit of 30 degrees around noon is already reached.”

Ultimately, a maximum temperature of 35 to 37 degrees is reached in Brabant, Limburg and possibly also in parts of Gelderland. In Noord-Holland, Flevoland, Drenthe, Groningen and Friesland it is a number of degrees less hot, but tropical.

Air very moist

Furthermore, the air in the coastal regions is very moist, which makes the damp and sultry feel. “The coastal areas will have to make a cooling sea breeze during the afternoon,” Weeronline tips the people who are free today.

In addition to a lot of sunshine, a few stacking clouds also occur in the moist air and sometimes some cloud fields float at the sea. It is not entirely excluded that locally a stacking cloud grows into a shower.

It is a sunny and very warm summer evening. Especially in the interior, the temperatures are still above 30 degrees for a long time. Cloudy fields are found in the coastal areas and a breeze of the sea brings some cooling. Wednesday night is warm with minima around 18 degrees, locally it will again come to a tropical night.

Wednesday first warm, then sturdy showers

It is also sunny and very hot on Wednesday. Again the 30 degrees in the interior are quickly exceeded. In the afternoon, a lot of stacking clouds will develop and these grow into (solid) showers. The showers probably only pull late in the afternoon or evening from the west east. In the interior, the cool air only flows late in the day, making it still 38 or 39 degrees here.

Wednesday evening and Thursday night the showers move eastwards. The showers can be accompanied by thunderstorms and gusts of wind. Ultimately, the heat is also driven into the east of the country.
