From September 27 to October 19, 2025, an exhibition by Jan Böhmermann & Group Royale can be seen under the title “The possibility of unreasonation”. This means the makers behind “ZDF Magazin Royale”.
This time the moderator has chosen the House of Cultures of the World (HKW) in Berlin (known in the capital as a “pregnant oyster”, originally donated as a congress hall from the USA). In a press release, there is talk of the “occupation” of the HKW.
In addition, the organizers write: “The corridors of the said, exploration and representable must be widened instead of narrowing them. It is time to hold the sausage to society.”

“The political, social and legal questions of the present are to be asked where they are negotiated,” Jan Böhmermann explains the election of the project location in sight of the power center of the Republic of the Republic from Chancellery to Reichstag to Bellevue Castle. The House of Cultures of the World is a time capsule and warn us to “never let the beacon of freedom go out.”
For three weeks, “friends of artists, musicians and other guests” design a program with concerts, show, films, talks and certainly also some material that can be shown directly on ZDF.
There are exhibition tickets for 15 euros (reduced 12 euros). Photography is prohibited, cell phones must be handed over.
The exhibition will open on September 27th
For the opening program on September 27 (Saturday) there are appearances by Blond and Fuffifufzich with special guest, plus a DJ set, a so-called “Intrust of the Orphanage machine” and a party. Here tickets cost 35 euros (reduced 29 EUR).

Earlier exhibitions by Jan Böhmermann & Group Royal were available in 2017 in the NRW Forum in Düsseldorf and 2019 in the Graz Künstlerhaus.
